This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Sai Aryan Properties Ltd during the financial year ending 31 January 2026 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

Sai Aryan Properties Ltd operates a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We are committed to conducting business responsibly and ethically and expect the same standards from all contractors, suppliers and partners.

Our Business & Supply Chain

Sai Aryan Properties Ltd operates within the temporary accommodation and property management sector in the United Kingdom. Our supply chain primarily consists of UK-based maintenance contractors, cleaning providers, utility suppliers, IT service providers and professional advisers.
