Gas or Carbon Monoxide Incidents
If you smell gas or suspect a carbon monoxide issue, please act immediately:
- Contact the National Gas Emergency Helpline:

(This number is exclusively for gas-related incidents.) - Once you’ve reported the issue to the gas network, please also inform Sai Aryan Properties through FixFlo or another communication channel so we can take any necessary action on our end.
Electrical Faults or Power Loss
In case of a power cut or electrical failure:
- Reach out to UK Power Networks at 0800 316 3105 to check for local outages.
- If the issue seems specific to your property, report it via FixFlo so we can arrange for it to be addressed by a qualified professional.
Water Supply Disruptions or Leaks
If you’re experiencing no water supply or notice a major leak:
- Determine your water supplier (details are usually on your water bill or searchable online).
- Follow your water provider’s guidance for emergency repairs.
- Additionally, submit a report through FixFlo to inform our team, and we’ll assist as needed.
Lost Keys or Access Issues
If you are locked out of your property due to misplaced keys:
- During office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), please call us for support.
- For out-of-hours situations, report the problem using FixFlo. A team member will review your case and contact you as soon as possible.
