Our Commitment
Sai Aryan Properties Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 and reducing the environmental impact of its operations through responsible property management, sustainable maintenance practices, and continuous improvement.
As a specialist property management company, we recognise our responsibility to support environmental sustainability through the management of residential properties, contractor networks, maintenance operations, and supply chain activities.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been developed in accordance with Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 06/21 and outlines our commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions across our operations and relevant supply chain activities.
Our Key Objectives
By 2030
Achieve a 25% reduction in total carbon emissions against the 2026 baseline.
By 2040
Achieve a 50% reduction in total carbon emissions against the 2026 baseline.
By 2050
Achieve Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions across operations and material Scope 3 categories.
